will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 5 years after purchase (see chart for exceptions).
Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.
What's Not Covered
The yywatches.com warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from yywatches.com.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
- External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
- Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
- Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
- Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
- Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
- Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by yywatches.com nor any manufacturer.
If the client is not satisfied with his purchase, it may be exchange or return for a refund within 30 business days from shipping from yywatches.com warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges). Or the costumer may exchange or return it just by calling yywatches.com. It is highly recommended to return all purchases, the item (watch, handbag, sunglasses, pen, or jewerly), serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and box must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. Please note, some items are considered non negociable for return (such as fragrance). We, YY Watches (yywatches.com), reserve the right to refuse any return.
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned within 30 Business Days.
- In new condition (as new as it was purchased)
- In their original packaging.
- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
YY Watches has all the rights to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, it will be sent back and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
